Shardians: Snow Fall

I finally got this finished. It was going to be Shardie in the snow during the freak snowfall last winter. We had at least two snow weeks (school snow days) and even at the beginning or middle of spring this year there was another freak snowfall. It didn't last, nor did it stick, but it was pretty funny. I was hoping for a cooler summer because of it...because I hate the heat. I would rather live in Alaska if I could (but I never will, realistically).

Anyway, after finishing coloring Shardie, I wanted to play with snow fall, and that's how it came to look like this. It took probably a few hours...mostly from drawing the snowflakes since using special brushes were no use. So I had to dot them all in individually, then I piled some snow on Shardie. It was fun to play around with and I'm quite happy with the end result.
