I may take off the mane...This was a lineart I had made a while back and just now colored. The wings are feathered because the normal-ish dragon form now has feathered wings, only they aren't feathers really but sceathers which are scales that look like feathers but also act as feathers in flight. Only the inside of the wings have the space pattern too so normally the wings are folded. All anyone would ever see is the black. It's kind of like a butterfly's wings. Outside are kind of dull or common but inside, well you get the picture.
