DB:Tainted Gold-Karen Morgan

I'd bean meaning to make this for a bit. This is Karen, Joe's legal guardian and a special agent for the Dragon City Security (the only form of legal authority in Dragon City apparently). With her loyal blue Pack-Class dragon (which is Purple, but the color is blue), Icefyre, Karen is one of the best trackers in the force. Her largest project is on finding Joe's missing mother who ran off one day without explaination. After losing Tyson, Joe's father, in a racing accident Karen then forbade Joe to ever race or even ride a dragon. Both her parents were lost on dragons after all.

Despite her rather strict, business-like behavior in public, at home Karen is a pretty cool person. She gives Joe her space (unless it's related to dragons) and is usually careful to leave room in her schedule when she's at home to talk with Joe. Usually at meal times. As a Tracker though, Karen pays acceptional attention to detail so Joe has to be really careful when Ciph is around.
