AD:JL crossover-Stepping into Your Scales

Since I actually made this one today I'll explain now that I don't do April Fools. I think it's fun if not overdone but I don't have some grand April Fools day joke to post. Sorry.

That aside, I was drawing in Science class today (it was lecture/demonstration day) and ended up drawing Jake Long from one of my favorite shows when I was a kid "American Dragon: Jake Long" as a more realistic dragon. Or in other words, an ancient dragon like my sona, Mega. 

So I made another picture similar only putting more effort into it. I think the hardest to convert was Arkelm/Brom...It's hard to make such a dignified ancient dragon into...That (cause the design was based off of Grandpa/Lao Shi from AD:JL). As for why Jake has red eyes, well I was going to make them yellow or brown but then I remembered several times in the show even in dragon form when he used the 'eyes of a dragon'-which is a mode his eyes go into to see in the dark and things far away-that they turned a lighter shade of red to his scale color (if that's possible before season 2...). So I gave him red eyes.
